酒店緊挨著火車站和大巴車站。早上從土耳其伊斯坦堡坐大巴過來。下車步行2分鐘，就到了酒店，很方便。酒店給寄存了行李。一樓也有洗手間。酒店一樓有**。也有游泳池，健身房。因為我是23.30的大巴車去羅馬尼亞。所以，退房後，在酒店前台寄存了行李，還可以健身房鍛鍊身體，或者游泳。推開酒店窗戶，可以看到索菲亞城市景色。離獅子橋，非常近，周邊大超市很多。去索非亞主要景點，步行就可以到達 清晨，以酒店為起點，還來了個city run

1. 前台效率低，Check-in 和Check-out都要等好久，且態度不友好。 2. 樓下桑拿和游泳池免費，不過沒有地方寄存東西，衹能隨意擺放或者掛在牆上，非常雜亂。 3. 房間隔音效果差，經常深夜甚至凌晨樓道開關門的聲音非常大，講話聲音也非常大。 非常影響睡眠，不建議商務出差住。 4. 客房衞生間陳舊，花灑都掛不住，衹能一衹手拿著淋浴，可能我比較倒黴，碰到這個房間。 當然也有優點： 1. 因為遊客比較多，所以早餐還算豐富。 2. 地理位置不錯，位於市中心。 3. 有免費的桑拿和游泳池。

酒店離火車站和長途巴士站很近，早餐還不錯。酒店十分老舊，設施維護很差，馬桶總是發出噪音。酒店雖然寫著如有需求，可聯繫他們，可是真有需求時，卻不能滿足。這是住過的華美達酒店最不能令人滿意的一家。

The hotel has a spa and fitness center. Compared to Western European spas in hotels, here you might receive one towel if you ask at the spa reception. Otherwise there are no others on disposal and there is no water dispenser. You have to buy it or bring it with you. The saunas could be more clean, especially the steam sauna, which was very dirty in the evening. To swim in the pool you need to buy a swimming cap. The food at the breakfast was very delicious, compared to other experiences I made in Sofia. It could be maybe different every day, because the only difference was how the potatoes were prepared. In any case, you have a variety of food to eat and you will not be hungry. I was in another Ramada hotel and this one was on a lower level than the one in Bucharest and needs a renovation in the rooms or in the restaurant. The chairs were dirty there.

Excelente ubicación para quienes están de paso; quizás una noche de estancia no sea suficiente para opinar, pero... El hotel es muy grande, arreglado y acomodado a las necesidades actuales del que fuera construido en tiempos del comunismo. Todo perfecto.

No funcionaba el aire acondicionado durante 2 días y los de recepción nos mentían con la avería y la piscina estaba en mantenimiento durante los 4 días que nos alojamos por lo que no pudimos utilizarla y las temperaturas eran de 36 grados
